1 Month

We had our last zoom call with Marisa and her parents yesterday before she arrives.  Hard to believe it's so close!  She is in disbelief as well and it feels surreal to her.

Her family is in Greece on vacation right now, and her parents are soaking up the time with her before she leaves.

We are in northern MN, by Canada, so it was fun to show them where we are as well.

Last questions about "what foods do you NOT like" and all we got are "tomatoes".  We'll see how it really is!

Wrapping up details about phones in the United States and how to contact us when she is traveling, connecting with her parents on WhatsApp, thinking of any last-minute questions.  She will have to buy a winter coat and boots here to not take up so much luggage space.

Her visa did arrive, still waiting to hear on her actual arrival date.
